PLATFORM TROUBLESHOOTING

Follow the steps below to install AVS Xpress software. If you are experiencing any problems while downloading or running the software:

  • Uninstall previous version of AVS Xpress from your computer
  • Delete folder of AVS Xpress (old version) from Program Files and folders.
  • Please make sure you have completely removed AVS Xpress software from your computer.
  • Now you restart your computer.
  • After Restarting if your computer has multi log in please log in as Administrator.
  • Now install the new version of AVS Xpress.

• Go to new installed icon on desktop and right click on it.
• Select run as Administrator at first time.
• Feel free to contact us any time for any further assistance.
